• Mobile Cafe Catering: Mobile coffee cart with espresso drinks, Karak chai, mocktails, and specialty items for events.
• Custom Branding: We offer signage, menu, and drink sleeve customization; additional fees may apply.
• Service Area: Portland metro and surrounding cities, including Vancouver, Salem, Tigard, and nearby communities.

• Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Confirmation: Bookings require a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit, typically 50%.
• Right to Decline: We may decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.

• Deposit & Balance: A 50% deposit is due on booking; the balance is due seven days before the event.
• Methods: We accept cards, transfers, checks, or Cash App.
• Late Payments: A 1.5% weekly late fee may apply. Non-payment may cancel the booking without a refund.

• Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@yasmeencafepdx.com.
• 30 days or more: The deposit is forfeited.
• Less than 30 days: The full fee is due.
• Changes: Requests made at least 14 days before the event may be accepted, subject to availability and fees.

• Provide a paved, level surface within 25 feet of a 120V/15A outlet.
• Provide shade or cover for outdoor events and coordinate approvals, parking, access, and other venue logistics.
• Designate an on-site contact for coordination.

• All equipment remains our property. The Client is liable for damages.
• We may substitute menu items if ingredients are unavailable.

• We follow applicable local health and safety rules.
• The Client must notify us of known allergies in advance.
• We are not liable for guest reactions or incidents after service.

Neither party is liable for events beyond their control, such as natural disasters or equipment failure. We will reschedule if possible; otherwise, a refund will be provided minus non-recoverable costs.

• We carry general liability insurance.
• The Client agrees to indemnify us for issues arising from guest conduct or venue problems.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

All logos, menus, images, and marketing materials are our property. Reproduction requires written consent.

• Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential.
• We may photograph or record video at the event for marketing unless the Client opts out in writing at least 14 days before the event.

Oregon law applies. Disputes will be resolved in Multnomah County courts after a required 30-day mediation attempt.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of changes.
